The Kenya Editors’ Guild is deeply saddened by the passing of journalist Silas Apollo on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Silas lost his life in a tragic road accident.
Silas was a talented and committed journalist who made his mark at NTV and, most recently, at Nairobi Law Monthly. His passion for storytelling and his calm, thoughtful presence in the newsroom will be remembered by all who worked with him.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, the Nairobi Law Monthly fraternity, and the entire media community.
We celebrate Silas for his contribution to the industry.
May his family find comfort, and may his soul rest in peace.
